How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be booking from 6 months before departure.

Is it possible to contact Northwood Camp by phone?

Can we ride a car with our pet?

Yes, you can. Dogs are part of the family, so we have allowed pets in all camping cars so that they can travel together.
※Please ask us first if your dog is large-breed dog.

Can we smoke in the vehicle?

All vehicles are no smoking. If you need to smoke,please take it outside the vehicle.
※If we find you smoking in the vehicle, 50% of the usage fee will be charged.

About rental

When do I pay and return for my rental vehicle?

We are open from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. We have an early morning pick-up option from 7:00 in the morning and a late-night return option until 22:00 at night.Please refer to the attached for details.

Can I rent the vehicle in winter?

Yes, you can. You can rest assured that all the Bancon vehicles handled by our store are 4WD.
Since the camper has an FF heater that can be used even if the engine is stopped, Even in winter, the interior of the car is warm and comfortable.
Plus, the extra-large storage space lets you load bulky items like skis and snowboards. Not only for winter travel, but also for winter sports.

Can I keep a car on the rental station?

When you come to our office by car, we will keep one car free of charge.We are not responsible for any damage or theft done to vehicles.

Should I fill the tank?

Please return with a full tank.
※Plase fill up the tank at a gas station within 10km from return place.
※In order to confirm the type of oil, we will check the receipt of refueling.

If I want to camp. Do you have any rental equipment for outdoor activities?

Yes. We have a wide variety of camping equipment.
We have outdoor tables, chairs, LED lanterns, cooler boxes, barbecue equipment…

What do I need to prepare?

When you rent a vehicle, you have to provide a driver's license no matter where you are. Don't forget your ETC card if you have one.

Where can I stay overnight in the vehicle?

There are roadside stations and expressway service areas.

Can I change the date and time of my booking?

Yes. It is possible. If the schedule is full, we may not fulfill your request, but please contact us by email or phone.

What should I do if my flight has been canceled or delayed?

Please contact the delivery staff directly. The direct contact information will be announced after the person in charge is decided.

What are the payment methods?

Payment is by credit card only.

How much is a cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee will be charged depending on the period for changes or cancellations after the reservation is completed.

Is it ordinary vehicle fee for expressway ?

Yes. It is ordinary vehicle fee.

Does vehicle cover auto insurance?

Just in case,a vehicle rental rates include insurance coverage. So you can be compensated even if you don’t apply for additional insurance.
The insurance fee is already included in the usage fee.

What is the safety pack series option?

We have prepared a system to exempt the disclaimer portion that is the customer's responsibility for vehicle compensation.
By subscribing to the option of 3,000 yen (separately, consumption tax) per day of use, you can exempt from claiming repair charges up to 100,000 yen.

What is the non-operation charge (NOC) system ?

This compensation will be used in the event of an accident, theft, damage, or the need to wash and repair the car while the shop is out of business hours.
NOC will apply as part of the compensation for loss of use, arising from the non-usability of the rented vehicle during the repairing or cleaning period in the following cases when we are not liable-accident, theft, breakdown, stains, damages, etc.

What should I do if I have an accident?

In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, please take the following measures immediately. These include important procedures for applying insurance and compensation, so please be sure to complete them.
1. Rescue the injured
2. Report to the police
3. Confirm the guy of the accident
4. contact the store
If you contact us too slowly, you will not be able to receive insurance compensation. Once you have reported the accident to the police, please follow the procedures to obtain a traffic accident certificate. The rental contract ends when the accident occurs. Please note that even if the rental time remains, the rental fee you paid cannot be refunded.

When using the vehicle for a long time, do I need to check the condition of the car?

A daily inspection must be performed before each vehicle is operated.
If you rent a car for more than 2 days, you will be responsible for daily inspections from the 2nd day onwards. Please be sure to perform daily inspections before operation and confirm safety before using.
If you neglect inspection and have an accident or breakdown, it may not be covered by insurance
In particular, campers are heavy vehicles, so tires are burdened. Please be sure to check the tire pressure before riding.

About the vehicle

If there is a equipment .I don't know how to use. Is there a possibility to teach me how to use?

Before the departure time because we will explain how to use the equipments and safety cautions to you.

キCan I drive a camper with ordinary driver's license?

Bancon camper can be driven with a normal license (AT limited license is also acceptable).
However, please refrain from driving as much as possible if you are not accustomed to driving.
Also need to show the driver's licenses of all those who will be driving.

Is car navigation system equipped?

All camper cars are equipped with navigation systems.

Is ETC device equipped?

All camper cars are equipped with an ETC devices. Don't forget your ETC card if you have one.

Is back monitor equipped?

All camper cars are equipped with back monitors.

Can a home charger be used?

Devices that consume less power, such as charging mobile phones can be used. Toy Factory GT can use electrical appliances up to 1500w.
In addition, when using a device that consumes a large amount of power, please use it by connecting an external power supply.

Can we have air-conditioning?

All cars are equipped with air-conditioning. For winter use, some cars are equipped with FF heater.(Even the engine is stopped it is still available to use.)

Do we need to prepare bedding?

We do not prepare bedding in the car, so we recommend bringing a "futon", "blanket", "towel blanket".
Also, for hygiene reasons, we always ask guests to use sheets and mattress pads when they go to bed.
※Cleaning fee will be charged if the sheet gets stained or dirty.
