To be able to enjoy camping and outdoor activities in Hokkaido.Let's explain the rental process of the northwood camp.

Before the departure, check the rental car condition with our staff. we will explain how to use the equipments and safety cautions to you.

Pick up at Tsukisamu Chuodori Station on the Toho Subway Line and drive to the parking lot.

If you like to pick up your vehicle at a location other than our opening hours, please contact us at the time when you are booking.

Explain how to use the vehicle,explaining rental agreement and check the rental car condition

It will take 20-30 minutes to explain how to use the vehicle.

Sign an agreement

After confirming the rental agreement, please sign your name on the agreement. ※Need the licenses of all drivers and copies of them.

Handover of the key 、Departure

Departure after all procedures are completed.Hope you'll have a nice trip in Hokkaido.

You have to call the police and us regardless of the amount of damage.

Return

Plase fill up the tank at a gas station with in 10km from return place.

You will meet our staff at the return location.
When returning, we check the car condition, fuel and see if there is anything left behind.
※In case of rental extension or being unrefilled, you settle the additional paymanet by credit card when returning.
When the return process is completed, it will be dissolved. Thank you for using our camper this time. We are looking forward to see you again soon.
